This agreement between Smart Pack Solutions, LLC and said affiliate can be canceled at any time, with no consequences to either party. The following conditions are applied:
Smart Pack Solutions agrees to pay said affiliate for any and all box sales generated through affiliates Web Site or Offline Publications . Sales are generated by a remotely hosted shopping cart supported by MoveOut.com.

Terms of Payment:
Affiliate will be paid monthly, each month during the program period. Payments will be mailed on or near to the 20th of each month.
Usage Statistics:
Unless specified, we make no guarantees with respect to usage statistics or levels of impressions for any advertisement.
Pay Per Click:
All click throughs to our site are recorded by our systems. No other systems or reports will be recognized under any circumstance. Payouts are made on unique, valid, successful click throughs to our sites. Invalid clicks include, but are not limited to, fraudulent IP addresses, non-USA based ip addresses, pop ups, pop unders or any other method that forces a visitor to our websites.
Renewal:
This agreement is set forth until either party notifies the other, via written notification.
No Assignment or Resale of Ad Space:
Advertiser may not resell, assign or transfer any of its rights hereunder, and any attempt resell, assign or transfer such right shall result in immediate termination of this contract, without liability to Smart Pack Solutions.
Copyright Material:
All advertisements online or offline, wording, artwork and product line relating to the Smart Pack Solutions program are the sole property of Smart Pack Solutions, LLC. Affiliate agrees not to present creative works - in full or in part - as his or her own nor engage in violation of Copyright agreements for any reason. Such violations could result in suspension, termination, or prosecution.
Limitation of Liability:
Without limiting the foregoing, Smart Pack Solutions shall have no liability for any failure or delay resulting from any governmental action, fire, flood, insurrection, earthquake, power failure, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes whether legal or illegal, labor or materiel shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown or any other condition beyond the control of Smart Pack Solutions affection production or delivery in manner.
Right to Reject Advertisement:
All contents of advertisements are subject to Smart Pack Solutions's approval and reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, Insertion Order, URL link, space reservation or position commitment, at any time, for any reason whatsoever.
Agreement Acknowledgment:
There are no binding signatures required by the affiliate party. By participating in the Smart Pack Solutions Affiliate Program, you agree to all terms and conditions in this document.
